About the event
You all asked... so we brought it back! Canine Cardio Power Hour is back on all spring, summer and fall. Once a month we will get together for a group workout. The first 15 minutes is warm up, then 30 minutes of workout, then cool down hangout for the last 15 minutes.
- All Dogs will be on leashes
- Free of charge!
- Only 30 minutes of scalable cardio.
- Interval Style Training
- Self- paced.
